Saint Simon The Tanner Monastery
The monastery of St. Simon the Tanner is not very famous, but it is considered one of Cairo's finest monuments, and its name is derived from St. Simon, who lived during the reign of Al-Mu’iz Le Din Allah, the Fatimid caliph.
