Terms and Conditions:
When you find a tour or package you like on our web Site www.whitebirdtours.com, our experienced staff will contact you to arrange your trip.
To secure your reservation, you'll need to pay a deposit via credit card (Visa or Master card) or by bank wire transfer to White Bird Travel bank account.
Once we receive your deposit, we'll send you a final confirmation with the agreed program.
Program Adjustments:
After you accept the final confirmation via email, any adjustments to the program are subject to availability, even if you've paid the full amount.
White Bird Travel Payment Policy:
Deposit:
At the Normal or the High Seasons : 50% deposit of the total amount is required to secure your holiday booking.
Deposit Payment Methods:
Deposit will be paid by Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard) – and your credit card has to support OTB (it is a code coming to your mobile while you are paying this to make sure that you are the same person who is paying.
Bank Fees will be applied for Payment by Credit Card.
Rest of Payment:
At the Normal Seasons: Paid in cash upon arrival.
At the High Seasons (Christmas, New Year, Easter): Paid one month before arrival via bank transfer to our company bank account.
Information required for Payment by Credit Card:
As per White Bird Travel Bank regulations for payment by credit card, customer required to send the following documents by email to White Bird Travel:
1- Customer name exactly as written on his Credit Card
2- Clear copy of Customer Passport
3- Customer email
Once we receive the above documents by email, we will create secure online payment Link for the customer and we will send it to him by email, then customer will be able to pay the deposit.

Cancellation:
To Cancel your Booking you have to send an e-mail to White bird Travel to cancel your holiday.
Cancellation Charges (at the Normal Seasons, excluding Christmas, New Year, and Easter):
From booking date to 61 days before arrival: 15% of the total tour price will be charged
From 60 to 30 days before arrival: 25% of the total tour price will be charged
From 30 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour price will be charged
From 15 to 8 days before arrival: 75% of the total tour price will be charged
From 7 to 1 day before arrival: 100% of the total tour price will be charged
Cancellation fees for domestic flights will be according to airline’s cancellation policy.

From 60 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour price will be charged
From 30 to 15 days before arrival: 75% of the total tour price will be charged
From 15 to 1 day before arrival: 100% of the total tour price will be charged
Refunds and Children Policy:
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the booking.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
Children Policy:
Under 3 years: Free of charge when sharing a room with parents. Flight tickets will be charged separately.
Under 6 years: 25% of the adult price.
From 06 to 11 years: 50% of the adult price.
12 years and older: will be Charged as an adult.
Additional Information:
A supplement will be applied for children's domestic or sleeper train reservations.
Responsibility and Complaints:
Responsibility:
White Bird Travel is a travel agency responsible for booking hotels, domestic flights, trains, boats, and vans.
We are not liable for any injury, damage, illness, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity to any person.
We are not liable for force majeure events such as natural disasters, weather conditions, governmental acts, riots, wars, civil disturbances, theft, labor disputes, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines, acts of default, delays, cancellations, or changes made by hotels, carriers, or restaurants.
We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to unforeseen circumstances.
Complaints:
If you have any complaints during your holiday, please notify White Bird Travel immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
If you feel your issue has not been resolved, please contact the White Bird Travel General Manager during your tour. He will address your concerns promptly.
Tipping:
Tipping is not mandatory but is customary.
It is based on your satisfaction with the services provided.
If you are happy with the service, you may choose to tip the staff.
If you are not satisfied, you are not obligated to tip.
Tipping is appreciated by staff who provide excellent service and care for our customers.
