From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 15% of the entire tour price will be charged.
35% of the tour price if you cancel 60-31 days before arrival.
50% of the tour price if you cancel 30-15 days before arrival.
100% of the tour price if you cancel 14-1 days before arrival.
Additionally, airlines charge their fees which are subject to the airlines' terms and conditions, and there is also a 5% bank fee on refunds.

Children Policy:

0 - 01.99 Free of Charge.
2 - 05.99 pay 25% of tour price.
6 - 11.99 pay 50% of tour price.
12+ pay full tour price as adult person.
If your tour includes airfare, an extra charge for the child rate may apply.

- Official check‐in time at hotels 15:00 – check‐out time at hotels 12:00.
- Breakfast at hotels is served in the main restaurant.
- Classification of Hotels: The Egypt Ministry of Tourism classifies hotels and cruises in Egypt.
- Cruise Schedule may be changed in sequence but not in visits according to navigational circumstance.
- The regular sailing dates of 05 days/04 nights cruise boats are: Saturday & Monday.
- The triple room in Egypt and the surrounding countries is a double room + extra bed or extra sofa.
- Travelers must have a passport valid to 06 months after the date of departure from Egypt.
