Babylon Fortress
The castle of Babylon is located in Margirgis, dating back to Roman times, and was built by Emperor Trajan in the second century AD, and expanded by the Roman Emperor Arcadias in the fourth century, the area is called Ancient, Coptic Cairo or Antique Egypt, because this is already the oldest part of the city and the remains of the castle are the oldest original construction in area.

The fort is made of limestone and red stone, the walls of Babylon Castle are 18 meters high and 3 meters thick.
